As an independent travel agency operated by Cruise Net LLC, we do not operate or manage cruise lines directly. All bookings, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party cruise provider fulfilling your reservation.

1. Booking Responsibility

CruiseNet.online acts as a facilitator between you (the traveler) and independent, licensed third-party cruise agents or providers. Once your booking is initiated or confirmed, it is governed by the cancellation and refund policies of the specific cruise line or agent handling your reservation.

We encourage you to carefully review the full terms provided by the cruise operator or travel agent before confirming your booking.

2. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your cruise booking:

  • You must notify the cruise provider or booking agent directly as soon as possible.

  • You may also notify our team, and we will assist in directing your request to the appropriate provider.

  • Cancellation timelines, fees, and refund eligibility are determined solely by the third-party cruise provider.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on:

  • The terms and cancellation deadlines of the cruise line or travel partner

  • The fare type or promotional offer selected at the time of booking

  • Whether travel protection or cancellation insurance was purchased

CruiseNet.online does not issue refunds directly. All financial transactions and refund processes are handled by the cruise provider or agent managing your booking.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Some fees and services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Service or administrative fees charged by third-party agents

  • Last-minute cancellation penalties imposed by the cruise line

  • Credit card processing fees (if applicable)

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for your scheduled cruise without providing notice, the booking may be treated as a “no-show” by the cruise provider. In most cases, no refund will be issued for no-shows.

6. Modifications & Rescheduling

Changes to booking dates, itineraries, or traveler information are subject to the policies of the cruise provider. Any applicable fees or fare differences will be communicated by the agent handling your reservation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or interruptions. Coverage terms vary depending on the insurance provider.
